Qualifications

• 2+ years in a multi-tier SOC/IR role.
• Experience with EDR, SIEM, NGFW.
• Familiarity with cyber-attack TTPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of security incidents from detection to remediation and customer communication.
• Analyze security alerts from Cortex XDR and determine root cause and response actions.
• Collaborate with global customers to provide security monitoring and response services.
• Work with Security Research, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting to improve detection and remediation.
• Provide feedback to product, research, and engineering teams to improve Palo Alto Networks' security products.
