Job summary

Valeo Skawina is seeking a Material Planning/Production Control Manager to lead the site’s procurement and scheduling teams. You will coordinate SIOP and MPS processes, ensure realistic production plans, and optimize capacity with suppliers, logistics, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics or production control, strong SAP knowledge, and fluent English and Polish. Remote work possibilities are available within an international production setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Material Planning or Production Control.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and logistics/planning systems.
• Fluency in English and Polish; excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Procurement and Scheduling teams for the site.
• Coordinate and manage the site SIOP and MPS processes, including monthly SIOP and weekly MPS meetings.
• Ensure accurate SAP data and information for material planning and supplier requirements.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and implement improvement plans.
• Manage and optimize component inventory levels and reduce stock.
