Job summary

Valeo is recruiting a Material Planning/Production Control Manager at its Skawina site. You will lead procurement and scheduling teams, drive SIOP and MPS processes, and ensure feasible production plans while coordinating with suppliers, production, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Logistics, Supply Chain, Material Planning or Production Control.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement and Scheduling teams for the site.
• Define team objectives and KPIs and monitor achievement.
• Coordinate SIOP and MPS processes, lead monthly SIOP and weekly MPS meetings.
• Ensure realistic production plans and manage capacity and workload.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate SAP data for material planning and supplier requirements.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and drive improvement plans.
• Manage inventory levels and reduce stock through efficiency actions.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation with Logistics and External Flow.
