Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project for a global Life Sciences organization. You will bridge business and technology teams across regulated environments, supporting manufacturing system integration and driving requirements management, process design, and enterprise integration efforts.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as Business Analyst or similar in Life Sciences.
• Hands-on with MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN or similar systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances and products.
• Strong SQL, relational databases, data structures, and reporting.
• English fluency (C1) and ability to work with EU/US hours.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and tech teams to design and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Support integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions.
• Contribute to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, reporting requirements, and validation activities.
