Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project with a global organization in Life Sciences. You will bridge business and technology teams, support manufacturing system integration, and work remotely with international stakeholders.

The role focuses on requirements management, process design, and enterprise integration across regulated environments, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar in Life Sciences or regulated environments.
• Hands-on with manufacturing systems and integration projects.
• Strong SQL, data structures, and reporting knowledge.
• Fluency in English (C1) with global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Support integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Contribute to process mapping, data interoperability, reporting, and validation.
