Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project in cooperation with a global Life Sciences organization. You will support manufacturing system integration, bridging business and technology teams in regulated environments, and work remotely with international stakeholders.

You will gather requirements, design end-to-end business processes, and contribute to data interoperability and solution validation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years as BA/Functional Architect/Consultant in Life Sciences or regulated environments.
• Hands-on with MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN and related integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of drug manufacturing processes and enterprise integration.
• Fluent English (C1) with ability to work across EU/US hours.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Supporting integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitating workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions while maintaining a productive and outcome-focused approach.
• Contributing to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, reporting requirements, and solution validation activities.
