Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term Life Sciences project delivered in cooperation with a global organization. You will bridge business and tech teams across regulated environments, supporting manufacturing system integration initiatives and enterprise design while working remotely with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Architect, or Consultant in Life Sciences or regulated settings.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing-related systems (MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN) including integration projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and enterprise integration concepts.
• SQL, relational databases, data structures, and reporting; ISA-95/ISA-88 and SAFe Agile is a plus.
• Fluency in English (C1) and readiness to collaborate across EU/US hours.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design end-to-end processes.
• Support integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions focusing on outcomes.
• Contribute to process mapping, data interoperability, reporting requirements, and validation activities.
