Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project in cooperation with a global Life Sciences organization. You will bridge business and technology teams across regulated environments, supporting process design, requirements management, and enterprise integration.

You will work remotely with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, collaborating with architects and technical teams,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Life Sciences/regulated environment as BA/FA/Consultant.
• Hands-on with MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN and integration projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and enterprise integration.
• SQL and data/reporting systems; ISA-95/ISA-88 and SAFe familiarity.
• English C1; collaboration across EU/US hours.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to design end-to-end processes.
• Support integration across platforms aligning with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and decision sessions.
• Contribute to process mapping, data interoperability, reporting, validation.
