Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term Life Sciences project. You will bridge business and technology teams across regulated environments, supporting process design, requirements management, and enterprise integration efforts.

The role is remote with international stakeholders and a focus on MES/LIMS/ERP integrations. You will gather requirements, map processes, and help validate solutions while coordinating with global teams during overlapping EU/US hours.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Life Sciences, regulated environments.
• Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing-related systems and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design end-to-end processes.
• Support integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms in line with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to drive outcomes.
• Contribute to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, and solution validation.
