Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term Life Sciences project. You will support manufacturing system integration and bridge business and technology teams across regulated environments, working remotely with international stakeholders.

You will gather requirements, design end-to-end processes, and drive data interoperability, reporting, and validation activities in close collaboration with business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Life Sciences or regulated environments.
• Experience with manufacturing-related systems and integration projects.
• English at C1 level; collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Support integration initiatives across platforms while aligning with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to drive outcomes.
• Contribute to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, reporting, and validation.
