Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support manufacturing system integration initiatives for a global Life Sciences client. The role is remote with international stakeholders, bridging business and technology teams on regulated environments.

You will gather and document requirements, design end-to-end processes, and drive enterprise integration efforts across MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, and ELN platforms. English proficiency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a BA, Functional Architect, or Consultant in Life Sciences.
• Hands-on with manufacturing systems such as MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN or similar with integration projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances/products and enterprise integration concepts.
• Fluency in English (C1) and ability to collaborate with global teams during overlapping EU/US hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design end-to-end business processes.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project delivered by Sii in cooperation with a global organization operating in the Life Sciences industry. In this role, you will support manufacturing system integration initiatives, helping bridge business and technology teams across complex, regulated environments. You will work remotely with international stakeholders and contribute to process design, requirements management, and enterprise integration efforts.

Your tasks

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and optimize end-to-end business processes
• Supporting integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Facilitating workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions while maintaining a productive and outcome-focused approach
• Contributing to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, reporting requirements, and solution validation activities

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Architect, or Consultant in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing-related systems such as MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN, or comparable platforms, including system integration projects
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances and/or drug products, business process mapping, and enterprise integration concepts
• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data structures, and reporting systems; familiarity with ISA-95/ISA-88 and SAFe Agile is an advantage
• Fluency in English (C1 level, both spoken and written) and availability to collaborate with global teams during overlapping EU and US working hours
