Job summary

Cytiva is seeking an Inside Service Sales Specialist to drive growth in service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital offerings. The role is based remotely in Poland and involves collaborating with regional service teams and account managers to expand the service portfolio.

You will manage a defined Eastern Europe/Middle East territory from a home-based setup, build strong customer relationships, and maintain an accurate sales funnel for forecasting and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Polish are required for communications with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related commercial roles is preferred.
• Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and maintain service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital products through on-site and remote customer interactions.
• Manage a defined territory from a home-based location as part of Eastern Europe, Middle East, and emerging markets team.
• Collaborate closely with regional service teams, account managers, and hardware sales specialists.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and address service-related needs by identifying pain points and developing mutually agreeable solutions.
• Maintain a robust sales funnel to support accurate forecasting and business growth.
