Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join the Industry Strategy – Life Sciences practice. You will shape growth agendas for leading life sciences and healthcare clients across Europe, working with global, cross-functional teams to deliver impactful strategies.

You’ll conduct primary and secondary research, lead qualitative and quantitative analyses, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps, presentations, and proposals. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant Life Sciences/Healthcare roles.
• Experience supporting strategy engagements across R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, or Operations.
• Experience conducting primary and secondary research and qualitative/quantitative analyses.
• Ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
• Experience developing client deliverables such as presentations, reports, roadmaps.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic topics across R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Operations.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses during engagements.
• Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations and action plans.
• Create high-impact deliverables such as presentations, reports, and roadmaps.
• Support business development with proposals and white papers.
• Develop commercial assets, including POVs and industry reports.
