Job summary

Hargrove Firm is a well-established estate planning law firm seeking a Legal Training and Quality Assurance Manager to join our legal operations team. This role is ideal for a senior paralegal or practicing attorney who is passionate about professional development, operational excellence, and elevating client service across the firm.

Reporting directly to the Director of Legal Operations, this specialist will bridge onboarding, ongoing training, and workflow improvement, ensuring every team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a senior paralegal and/or licensed attorney with estate planning focus.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to staff at varying experience levels.
• Experience reviewing meetings, calls, or work for quality/compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, delivering feedback professionally.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding programs for paralegal, legal assistant, and admin roles.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and guides for estate planning practice areas.
• Conduct role-specific training on firm systems, intake procedures, document prep, and compliance.
• Identify knowledge gaps with department leads and build targeted curricula.
• Track onboarding milestones and provide timely support to new hires.
