Job summary

Hyland is seeking an experienced software engineer to contribute to high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize complex codebases, influencing architecture and delivery pipelines in a cloud-native environment.

The role requires deep C#/.NET Core expertise, strong testing discipline, and experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. Fluency in English and Polish is expected, with a fully remote setup supported in Poland.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in software design and development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core, including software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Proven expertise in automated testing (e.g., unit/integration with xUnit).
• Deep experience with cloud-native/DevOps: AWS or Azure, Docker, Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions.
• Experience in Linux/Windows environments, CI/CD, open-source tech.
• Strong API design skills; GraphQL desirable.
• Mentorship and technical leadership across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex code across teams based on functional specs and standards.
• Contribute to software architecture and implementation guidelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor, promoting architectural influence and best practices.
• Articulate business value of changes to stakeholders and guide technical direction.
• Design and lead delivery pipelines, including tests, security, and performance.
• Mentor engineers and resolve complex production issues to ensure stability.
