Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
  • Develop complex code based on functional specifications across teams and programs, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards, while maintaining and improving codebase, data design, and best practices across performance, security, reliability, and quality attributes.
  • Understand and contribute to the architecture of the software, creating initial implementation standards and guidelines that enable teams and programs to begin executing against technical specifications.
  • Operate as an innovative thought leader and trusted advisor across teams and programs, contributing significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing, architectural influence, and coaching on current best practices and market trends.
  • Identify and articulate the business value and broader impact of software changes to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to prioritization and technical direction.

  • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members; act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for the most complex production issues to ensure application stability and resolution.
Role Essentials
Must-have:
  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience, with significant experience designing, building, and maintaining complex software solutions.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with C# and .NET Core, including a strong understanding of software architecture, object‑oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and engineering best practices.
  • Proven expertise in automated testing and quality engineering, including unit and integration testing using frameworks such as xUnit. A strong testing mindset is required.

  • Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns. Experience with GraphQL is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, drive architectural discussions, and support teams in delivering high‑quality software solutions.
  • Approximately 10+ years of software development experience, combined with several years of hands‑on experience in cloud and DevOps environments.
  • Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Polish (C1).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Angular, SCSS, and Nx.
  • Experience working across multiple cloud platforms (cloud‑agnostic approach).
  • Experience modernizing applications and infrastructure across different technology stacks.
  • Exposure to GraphQL.
What We'd Like to See
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects to completion independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members, business partners, and program leadership toward shared goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at an executive level with professionalism, discretion, and tact.
  • Strong ability to establish rapport, gain trust, and drive consensus across teams and stakeholders at all levels.
