Job summary

eStoreLabs is seeking a content coordination professional to collect and upload content, share packages with eRetailers, and perform live checks to ensure content is live. You will join a fast-growing, international team with a strong eCommerce focus and agile environment.

The role emphasizes client-facing communication, collaboration across teams, and proactive problem solving. Remote work is primary, with occasional in-person coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with clients for at least 1 year with pro-client attitude and professionalism.
• First experience in the digital field min. 1 year.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for tasks.
• Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level).
• Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas.
• Interest and willingness to develop in the eCommerce industry.
• English at B2+/C1 level.
• German at C1+ level.

Responsibilities

• Collecting & uploading content.
• Sharing content packages to eRetailers.
• Performing live checks & gap closings (checking if delivered content is live on the eRetailer’s website & filling gaps with relevant content).
• Participating in weekly calls with the client to share status of received tasks.
• Updating task status in trackers & decks.
• Spotting inconsistencies in content & flagging those to the client and resolving issues on the go.
• Recommending proactively solutions to the client.
• Provide support across teams when capacity is left (different projects can be assigned).
• Support in coordinating asset production if necessary.
