Workplays is seeking a Digital Content Manager to lead the creation and enhancement of digital content, ensuring brand consistency and engaging customer experiences. You will oversee social media and cross-functional collaboration to drive marketing impact.

This full-time role in Cracow focuses on planning, executing, and refining our global marketing content and campaigns while maintaining a strong focus on audience engagement and SEO-aware storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• We expect excellent English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Experience as Content Creator or similar role.
• Experience creating content for target personas and engaging supporters.
• Strong SEO understanding and content impact.
• Proven social media marketing experience.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presenting, and communication skills.
• Experience with social networks and analytics tools.
• Willingness for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of global marketing communications.
• Support in shaping and delivering integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate with Business Lines to align content campaigns.
• Drive digital marketing content initiatives across channels.
• Produce briefs and supporting documents for content strategies.
