Job summary

Assembly Digital Commerce (ADC) is seeking a proactive associate to drive e-commerce content across platforms and coordinate between European and local markets. You will ensure technical accuracy, support recommendations, and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines in a hybrid Warsaw-based role.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in e-commerce or marketing, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and fluent English. This role offers European exposure and growth within a global network.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in e-commerce, marketing, or client service.
• Background in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn and grow in e-commerce.
• Confident communicator in international environment.
• Hybrid work setup (2 days/week from the office).
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client.
• Manage e-commerce content execution across platforms.
• Coordinate content flow between European and local markets.
• Perform quality checks to ensure technical accuracy.
• Track and monitor content implementation progress.
• Support with e-commerce recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on time.
