Emporix is seeking a skilled Java Developer in Poland to build secure, scalable backend systems. You will work on microservices, AI agent workflows, and cloud-native architectures using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot or Micronaut.

The role supports hybrid work from Gliwice or remote work across Poland, with monthly office visits to meet the team. Candidates should have 4+ years of Java experience, a CS/CE degree, and fluency in Polish and English (B2+).

Competenze

• 4+ years hands-on Java backend experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience designing microservices-based systems for data-intensive environments.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and messaging systems like Pub/Sub.

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Java.
