Remote work from anywhere in Poland is allowed with monthly visits to the Gliwice office. You should have 3+ years in software engineering, plus experience with microservices and cloud-native tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with robust systems.
• Backend and frontend: Java with Spring Boot or Micronaut; React knowledge.
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
• Clear problem-solving approach and high-trust collaboration; Polish/English (B2).

Responsibilities

• System maintenance and support for high-availability platforms.
• Full-stack debugging across backend (Java) and frontend (React).
• Investigate incidents, implement long-term fixes and optimization.
• Document issues and share knowledge with teams.
