Job summary

Emporix is seeking a Fullstack Developer in Poland to bridge frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend microservices (Java, Spring Boot/Micronaut). You will contribute to AI-driven features, build scalable APIs, and translate design systems from Figma into modular UI components.

You can work from Gliwice or remotely from anywhere in Poland, with monthly visits to the office to meet the team. 3+ years of experience and strong collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Fullstack development experience building production-ready apps.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS and modern web APIs.
• Experience with Java backend frameworks (Spring Boot or Micronaut) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features across frontend and backend stacks.
• Develop intuitive UIs and reusable components with a responsive user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows.
