Responsibilities include building strong online and offline networks, conducting interviews via Teams/Zoom/Skype, and promoting our employer brand. Flexibility and project-based work are supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to build and maintain a solid professional network.
• Experience interviewing candidates for international roles.
