Qualifications

• Proven track record leading transformation portfolios in large or international organizations.
• Strong governance, prioritization, benefits realization, and financial planning.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional leadership across a global environment.
• Analytical, communicative, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
• Experience with M&A, digital transformation, agile portfolio management, or enterprise PMO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation, and investment recommendations for Global IT leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Lead demand management and portfolio intake processes, ensuring initiatives are evaluated, prioritised, and aligned with business strategy, architecture principles, delivery capacity, and investment objectives.
• Create portfolio transparency through reporting, insights, and executive decision material.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination across strategic initiatives.
• Support business cases, project proposals, and portfolio recommendations.
• Help establish scalable governance models, stage gates, and portfolio processes.
• Support capacity planning and portfolio balancing across strategic initiatives and delivery teams.
• Support major transformation programs, digital initiatives, and M&A integrations.
• Help establish and mature KK Group's portfolio management capability, governance model, and decision processes.
