Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Sourcing Excellence team in Szczecin, Poland. You will lead strategic transformation projects within Global Sourcing, drive PMO maturity, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with operations, finance, quality, and procurement.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage complex international programs, and help standardise processes and governance across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic transformation projects supporting the Global Sourcing roadmap and functional strategy.
• M&A integrations, ensuring sourcing-related processes, governance, and ways of working are integrated into our global organization.
• PMO and project excellence development, including governance models, portfolio management, reporting structures, and project methodologies.
• Business process improvements that strengthen sourcing effectiveness, standardization, and organisational maturity.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management across sourcing, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and other business functions.
• Over time, establish a professional project and programme management approach across Global Sourcing to enable consistent execution of strategic initiatives.
