Job summary

You will translate business priorities into structured implementation plans and drive projects from definition through rollout.

The role requires experience in IT project/portfolio management, knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in IT project or portfolio management, ideally in Financial Services.
• Practical knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience in managing budgets, risks, changes, vendors, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Good understanding of IT security, architecture, compliance, and governance.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English, with a proactive, collaborative approach and motivation to work in an international and cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the IT project portfolio across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
• Translate business priorities into structured IT implementation plans.
• Lead IT projects from requirements definition through implementation, testing, documentation, and rollout.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and changes, including escalations.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, project leads, and external vendors to support timely decision‑making.
• Prepare management reports and communicate portfolio status, costs, risks, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with IT architecture, security, regulatory, audit, and governance requirements while supporting continuous improvement and standardization of IT project delivery.
