Job summary

AML RightSource is hiring an IT Network Administrator in Cracow to oversee the organization’s network environment, including hardware, software, and security. The role entails incident and change management and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding.

The candidate should have 2+ years in network administration, excellent communication skills, and experience with OSI model, TCP/IP, OSPF, VLANs, and firewalling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in network administration or similar role.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with OSI model and network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, RIP, VLANs).
• Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure network availability and perform repair actions with local teams.
• Configure network devices, policies, and firewall rules.
• Monitor networks and related systems for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analyses.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support IT onboarding/offboarding processes and incident/change management.
