ALTEN Polska in Kraków is seeking a Cybersecurity Network Security Specialist to support safe execution of priorities by ensuring robust network security controls and 24/7 monitoring. You will collaborate with the Network Security Consultancy team across global engagements and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role requires deep knowledge of firewall, IDPS, WAF, and incident response, with strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with data networks and security design in regulated environments.
• Experience gathering data from multiple sources (business inputs, IT systems, spreadsheets).
• Ability to translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience preparing reports for senior audiences.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review projects to ensure network security controls are satisfied.
• Identify opportunities to improve network security posture.
• Analyze network and cybersecurity data to support decision making.
• Build relationships across Cybersecurity teams and other stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge with others.
