Job summary

Atos SE in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support an ongoing rail sector IT project. You will refine business processes, deliver analytical artifacts such as mockups, backlog items, use cases, test scenarios, and technical documentation.

You will verify data using SQL/JSON, develop and maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system changes meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead IT Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Angular and .NET technologies, including high availability mechanisms.
• Familiarity with modern frontend, backend, UI/UX frameworks and database solutions.
• Proficiency in UML 2.5.1, ArchiMate 3.1, and BPMN 2.0 notations.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/JSON for data verification.
• Fluent Polish – minimum C2 level, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Refine business processes using prepared analytical materials and prior analysis outputs.
• Create and maintain mockups (wireframes) and product backlog.
• Develop use cases and test scenarios.
• Create and update analytical and technical documentation.
• Verify data using SQL/JSON
