Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a BA, automation, or process improvement professional.
• Hands-on experience with RPA solutions is mandatory.
• Experience translating business needs into structured requirements for developers.
• Familiarity with AI for process automation and GenAI tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and finance processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess automation opportunities with process owners.
• Analyse and map business processes for automation and AI potential.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for IT teams.
• Support end-to-end IPA/RPA delivery from discovery to implementation.
• Contribute to business case evaluation and value assessment of solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity, audit, and control requirements.
• Define and execute test scenarios ensuring quality and error handling.
• Support go-live activities and perform root-cause analysis of issues.
• Monitor automations and provide 1st-line support for continuous improvement.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
• Help build standards and best practices for intelligent automation.
