REGESTA SA is seeking experienced freight forwarders to join a dynamic logistics team. The role focuses on organizing international shipments, acquiring orders, and maintaining strong client and carrier relationships, with an emphasis on effective negotiation and service quality.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in international freight forwarding.
Experience with external carriers (freight sales).
Knowledge of transport market and forwarding principles.
Ability to build relationships, negotiate, stay organized and resilient.
English or another foreign language.

Responsibilities

Active acquisition of transport orders
Organization of international shipments
Maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors
Negotiating terms of cooperation and transport rates
Supervising timely execution of orders
Monitoring shipment progress and responding to emergencies
Collaborating with drivers and other departments, ensuring high-quality customer service
