You will execute risk-based audits across operations, finance and compliance, reporting to the Internal Audit Sr Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. The role emphasizes applying AI and data analytics in audit, knowledge of internal control frameworks, and close interaction with senior management and the Audit Committee.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of internal audit or risk advisory experience; manufacturing background is a plus.
• CIA, CPA, CMA or CISA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and auditing standards; experience with AI and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit engagements across operational, financial and strategic areas.
• Participate in External Audit Direct Assist work including testing and inventory counts.
• Travel approximately 15% to production and distribution sites as needed.
• Apply risk assessment, accounting, finance, IT and operations knowledge to identify gaps.
• Analyze data using AI and analytics to identify trends and insights.
• Produce high-quality audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor action plans to ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
