Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Previous experience at an insurance agency is required.
• Commercial lines insurance experience is required.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policy servicing.
• Ability to work in a part-time, work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service commercial insurance accounts.
• Market insurance policies when appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage inquiries.
• Review accounts and identify changing client needs.
• Explain coverage options and policy details clearly to clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage and account rounding.
• Process policy updates and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate with the agency team to provide a seamless client experience.
• Proactively follow up with clients and carriers as needed.
