Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life license required.
• Life license required within 30 days of hire; we support you through the process.

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell, and bind new policies (auto, home, life, and bundled products).
• Build and manage your own pipeline through agency-provided leads, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Deliver five-star service and drive word-of-mouth referrals.
• Represent the agency in the community as a trusted insurance advisor.
