Job summary

Material Bank is seeking Inside Sales Representatives for Samplize Pro, a remote, work-from-home role helping painting contractors across the country. Expect a fast-paced environment with 100+ outbound calls daily and a clear sales process.

On-target earnings range $80,000–$100,000+ annually with uncapped commissions; 100% remote; strong onboarding and tools like HubSpot, RingCentral, Slack, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, or similar experience.
• Demonstrated success selling over the phone.
• Comfortable with a high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to professional painting contractors (100+ daily).
• Respond quickly to inbound opportunities and interested prospects.
• Build rapport with business owners and uncover their needs through effective discovery.
• Clearly communicate the value and ROI of SamplizePro.
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text.
• Enroll qualified contractors and close business over the phone.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and follow-up activity in HubSpot.
• Meet or exceed activity, conversion, and monthly sales goals.
