Job summary

Infosys Kraków is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects in a hybrid setup, with 2-3 days in the office. You will define scope, timelines, and resource plans, and coordinate vendor activities across networks, data centers, and virtualization.

The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management, experience delivering medium- to large-scale infrastructure programs, and proficiency with MS Project or similar tools. A PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, virtualization, storage).
• Experience managing medium‑to‑large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, or similar PM tools.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage implementation of infrastructure solutions (network, data center).
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Communicate status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate testing, cutover activities, and operational handover.
