People More is seeking an Ignition / SCADA Engineer to develop and maintain Ignition-based SCADA applications, design HMI screens, dashboards, and data visualizations, and integrate with PLCs, databases, and external systems. The role requires handling tags, alarms, and historical data, plus scripting and problem solving in an international, remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Ignition application development and maintenance.
• Experience with SCADA/HMI systems.
• Ability to write Python scripts for Ignition.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases."
• Understanding of industrial system communication and PLC integration.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCADA applications on the Ignition platform.
• Design HMI screens, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Configure tags, alarms, and historical data collection/visualization.
• Write scripts and implement application logic.
• Integrate Ignition with industrial devices, PLCs, databases, and external systems.
• Troubleshoot communication, performance, and application issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis, testing, deployments, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the project team and client on technical solutions.
