Job summary

Endego is seeking a skilled engineer to develop and maintain SCADA/HMI software for industrial machinery. You will design operator interfaces and visualization applications, contributing to frontend and backend work as appropriate and integrating software with PLC systems.

You will collaborate with automation engineers and an international team, performing testing, troubleshooting, and documentation to support system validation and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or education in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in software development, web applications, or user interface development.
• Knowledge of React is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of SCADA/HMI systems and their applications in industrial environments.
• Understanding of PLC systems and how they interact with higher-level software applications.
• Interest in industrial automation, machine software, and control systems.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCADA/HMI software for industrial machinery.
• Design, implement, and enhance operator interfaces and industrial visualization applications.
• Contribute to frontend and backend development, depending on your skills and experience.
• Integrate software applications with PLC systems and industrial communication interfaces.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to implement and improve machine control and visualization functionalities.
• Perform software testing, troubleshooting, and system validation.
• Support commissioning activities and resolve technical issues when required.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with an international engineering team and other project stakeholders.
