CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a creative Social Media Video Editor in Warsaw to craft platform-ready content for global social channels, focusing on short-form formats across 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9. You’ll work with Social Media Managers, Community teams, and Brand Directors to deliver dynamic edits and engaging content that resonates with our worldwide audience.

You will edit, animate typography, and balance audio, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying current with social trends

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in video editing for short-form content.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Good knowledge of CD PROJEKT RED's games.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first storytelling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Knowledge of After Effects (typography, UI animations).
• Ability to manage projects from brief to delivery under tight deadlines.
• Very good English skills for collaboration with international teams.
• Passion for video games and internet culture.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for mobile and social platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Translate briefs into concepts, scripts, shot lists, and engaging content with short turnaround times.
• Create motion graphics with typography, captions, and UI overlays; handle basic color correction and audio edits.
• Capture gameplay footage from game builds using internal tools for social content.
• Prepare videos for platforms with subtitles, safe zones, aspect ratios, and export settings.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Community, Brand, and Marketing teams and stay updated on trends.
