Job summary

The Customization Group in Szczecin, Poland is seeking a Creative Motion Designer to concept, animate and edit advertising videos for TV, YouTube, social and performance channels. You will drive AI-supported workflows and help expand our presence across 20+ online shops and multiple markets.

You will craft campaigns with After Effects and Premiere Pro, deliver seasonal content, and collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize formats for different markets and languages.

Qualifications

• Excellent After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• 2-3 years motion/video experience, ideally in e-commerce or agency.
• Strong AI video and image generation with practical results.
• Portfolio or showreel required to review work.
• Storytelling, timing and platform sense for TV vs short social spots.
• Good English to collaborate with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Concept, animate and edit advertising videos for TV, YouTube, social media and performance channels.
• Deliver the seasonal campaigns, including big events like Black Friday and Christmas, with TV commercials where relevant.
• Produce product, shopping and UGC-style videos that convert across shops.
• Do shoots: photo and video from prep through shoot to post-production.
• Build our YouTube presence together with the Marketing team.
• Adapt content for different markets and languages.
