CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking a creative Social Media Video Editor to join our Video Post-Production team. You will craft platform-ready short-form content for our global social channels across games and franchises.

Collaborate with Social Media, Community, Brand, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging videos, motion graphics, and optimized cuts for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Stories while maintaining our branding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in short-form/social media content.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with motion graphics and typography for social formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Excellent English communication for collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos tailored for mobile and social platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Translate briefs into concepts, scripts, shot lists, and deliver content quickly.
• Create and adapt motion graphics, typography, captions, and UI overlays; balance audio.
• Capture gameplay footage using internal tools and craft social-focused versions.
• Prepare videos for various platforms with proper subtitles, safe zones, and export settings.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Community, Brand and Marketing teams and stay on trend.
