ISPA Technology, LLC is seeking a Human Capital Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through benefits and development. You will administer Paycor, ensure accurate HR data, and partner with leadership to maintain a strong, compliant culture.

The role emphasizes hands-on HR processes, policy development, and data-driven insights to drive smarter growth for a government-focused technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience across benefits, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting benefits administration and HRIS data management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full employee experience from onboarding to engagement, benefits, compliance, and development.
• Administer Paycor HRIS, ensuring accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure payroll data and timekeeping accuracy.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and support benefits renewals and education.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
