Job summary

Jolly Technologies Inc. is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive 4x+ year-over-year growth in demo requests, trial sign-ups, and marketing-sourced pipeline for global B2B SaaS products.

You will plan and run demand generation campaigns, build and maintain marketing automation, ensure data hygiene in CRM, and report on funnel performance while collaborating with product and sales teams. This fully remote contract role requires overlap with US hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven growth in leads, pipeline, or revenue with numbers.
• Experience marketing to business buyers across international markets.
• Hands-on with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience running paid campaigns and web analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and English written communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the 4x+ YoY growth target for demos, trials, and pipeline.
• Plan and run demand generation campaigns for demos, quotes, and trials.
• Test new channels and messaging; scale effective ones.
• Build, test, and optimize email nurture and lifecycle campaigns.
• Manage CRM data, lead routing, scoring, and attribution.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google/LinkedIn.
• Track funnel metrics and report weekly.
• Collaborate with web, product, sales, and support for launches.
