Ball Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Poland to support the growth of the business by bringing high-quality candidates into the organisation. You will manage full life-cycle recruitment, partner with leaders and HRBPs, and drive the talent strategy across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in corporate high-volume, full-cycle recruitment.
• Internal recruitment across different functions and industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience and ability to influence decisions.
• Strong communication, organization and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or other ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Aufgaben

• Manages full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and offer management.
• Partners with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Talent Management to align on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on market insights, industry trends and business strategy to influence hiring decisions.
• Researches, recommends and executes new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Ensures hiring managers are aligned and aware of hiring activities for open positions with ongoing collaboration.
• Trains hiring teams on best-in-class recruiting process, competency selection and behavioral-based interviewing.
• Responsible for timely activity and system updates (candidate workflow, posting requisitions, offers) to ensure analytics are accurate.
• Continuously looks for process improvement and tools to enhance the TA experience for stakeholders.
• Acting as the brand ambassador by providing an exceptional candidate experience.
