Job summary

PepsiCo Kraków is seeking a Talent Partner to collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs and build tailored action plans that align with our business priorities.

You’ll attract top candidates via social media, job boards and referrals, own the end-to-end process, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and use data to continuously improve sourcing and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored action plans.
  • Source and engage top talent via social media, networks, job boards and referrals.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offers.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Be a Talent Partner: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment action plans that align with PepsiCo’s business priorities;
  • Find and Attract Top Talent: Use creative sourcing techniques—social media, professional networks, job boards, and referrals to identify and engage high-quality candidates, both active and passive;
  • Own the Recruitment Process: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings to interviewing candidates and extending offers;
  • Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a seamless and engaging recruitment journey, from the first conversation to the final offer;
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage talent insights and recruitment analytics to refine sourcing strategies, improve hiring outcomes, and drive continuous improvement;
  • Support Workforce Planning: Provide market intelligence and hiring trends to help business leaders anticipate and address future talent needs.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Education: Bachelor's degree;
  • Recruitment Expertise: Mandatory 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting, with a solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and best practices;
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing is a plus;
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to make informed hiring decisions;
  • Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to partner with hiring managers, engage candidates, and collaborate effectively across teams;
  • Strong Organizational & Time-Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and find creative solutions;
  • Global & Cultural Awareness: Experience working in multinational environments or global teams is highly desirable;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in French and English.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected starting compensation range for this position is 124 900 PLN annually (gross).
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary;
  • Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process;
  • This role is eligible for an annual bonus, based on performance and eligibility;
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility.
