Job summary

ScaleJet | eCommerce Recruitment agency is seeking a talented Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Specialist for a full-time remote role. You will own supplier communication, identify new production facilities worldwide, obtain quotes, and negotiate contracts.

You will collaborate with the Product Engineer to ensure QC compliance and lab testing before onboarding new suppliers. The role requires experience in supplier sourcing or procurement, strong negotiation and English fluency, and familiarity

Qualifications

Proven experience in supplier sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Experience with Chinese factories is a must.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to assess supplier reliability, pricing structures, and production capabilities.
Experience in quality control and lab testing processes is a plus.
Experience in eCommerce, Amazon FBA, or consumer goods is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and supplier management tools.
Fluency in English; Mandarin or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers and production facilities globally, focusing on strategic regions.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times with suppliers.
Request and analyze quotes to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Collaborate with Product Engineer to evaluate products for QC and lab testing requirements before onboarding.
Review and negotiate contracts to align with company standards and long-term supply needs.
Maintain documentation of supplier agreements, pricing, and terms.
Coordinate with internal teams to align sourcing with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and production capabilities across markets.
