Job summary

Cyclad is seeking an experienced Change/Release Manager to join an international team and coordinate end-to-end software releases across complex IT environments. You will plan, schedule, and oversee deployments, working closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure high quality and timely releases.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Release Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of SDLC principles
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
• Excellent written and spoken English communication

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software release cycles across multiple applications and teams
• Define release schedules, windows, and deployment plans
• Coordinate release activities across development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and mitigate release risks and issues impacting delivery timelines
• Lead release readiness reviews, deployment planning, and milestone tracking
• Validate release documentation, including release notes and deployment checklists
• Ensure successful deployments to test and production environments
• Coordinate release content related to OS updates and third-party apps
• Collaborate with release engineers on code merges, branching strategies, and deployment processes
• Monitor release progress to meet quality standards and timelines
• Support continuous improvement of release management processes and automation
