Job summary

Alstom in Chorzów is leading a major PLM transformation that aligns central PLM, Digital and transformation teams with the site. You will drive the local deployment of PLM methods, processes and digital tools, ensuring data integrity and seamless cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Industrialization, Procurement/Sourcing and Digital & Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and digital transformation in an industrial setting.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English for collaboration with international teams in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of CATIA would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local deployment and adoption of PLM solutions, translating the central roadmap into an executable local plan, managing milestones, readiness, dependencies and risks.
• Ensure product data continuity, quality and integrity across the product lifecycle across Engineering, Industrialization, Procurement/Sourcing and Digital & Information Systems.
• Coordinate business stakeholders involved in the transformation, collecting and prioritizing needs and driving actions to completion.
• Represent the Chorzów site towards central PLM, Digital and transformation teams as the main local business contact, reporting progress and risks to Site Management and central program stakeholders.
• Manage the local Methods & Tools scope, including resources, competencies, priorities, budget and support for future digital transformation initiatives.
