Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. in Kraków is seeking an Informatics Lead Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation in support of regional sales.

You will plan and conduct outbound calls and emails, qualify leads, and collaborate with Marketing and Salesforce to manage activity history efficiently.

The role requires strong communication skills in a technical/clinical environment and close alignment with the regional sales team to hit business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life science preferred.
• 1–2 years in a telemarketing role; life science market experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of English and German; Nordic languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct outbound calls and emails to targeted prospects and clients.
• Qualify leads generated by Marketing.
• Maintain and track leads, contacts, and activity history in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with regional sales to meet objectives.
• Articulate technical information clearly in a professional, clinical sales environment.
• Conduct planning and research using databases, internet, and industry tools.
• Coordinate with regional sales on tactics to meet business objectives.
• Demonstrate ability to understand sales tools and reports.
