Job summary

DAC.digital Group is seeking a highly skilled engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable web infrastructure using FastAPI and PostgreSQL. You will collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver production-ready APIs and UI components, while driving CI/CD, testing, and monitoring to ensure reliability across environments.

The role requires strong Python, FastAPI, React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Docker/Kubernetes experience, plus Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (min. C1).
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for RESTful services.
• Experience with agentic AI.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience (schema design, indexing, migrations).
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript, solid HTML/CSS skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for web apps.
• Git-based workflows and modern development practices.
• Solid debugging and performance tuning across DB, API, and frontend.
• Experience building production web apps and platforms.
• Ability to take features from design through deployment.
• Experience collaborating with frontend, backend, and product teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• High communication skills; eager to learn and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web infrastructure using FastAPI and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver production-ready APIs and UI components.
• Drive automation with CI/CD pipelines, tests, monitoring, and alerts.
• Optimize system performance and costs across database, APIs, and React UI.
• Implement caching strategies and efficient resource usage in cloud or hybrid setups.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including API specs and migration guides.
